Doctor Honoris Causa Online via distance learning
A Doctor Honoris Causa is an honorary degree based on merits and excellency. It is not an academic degree that requires a dissertation and the passing of comprehensive examinations. The recipient should identify this award adding "Honoris Causa", "H.C.", "D.Hon." or "Dr. (h.c.)"
Bircham International University may consider granting a Doctor Honoris Causa to exceptional individuals who have demonstrated humanitarian or scientific excellence. Every case is carefully analyzed. The proposal must be supported by one BIU office director and needs to be approved by the BIU Board.
