The American Association of Drugless Practitioners Certification and Accreditation Board was established in 1990. The AADP is dedicated to promoting an enhanced professional image and prestige among practitioners of traditional and non-traditional therapies and methodologies.

The American Association of Drugless Practitioners Certification & Accreditation Board offers schools full board professional accreditation. The AADP is recognized by both, traditional and non-traditional holistic schools and colleges world-wide as an independent accrediting board for alternative health educational institutions and programs.
Through our review process, the AADP has adopted criteria and procedures for evaluating institutions and their programs. AADP remains diligent in their commitment to quality of sound educational programs and ethical business practices in all areas of natural health care.
Bircham International University (BIU) went through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners Certification and Accreditation in 2001 in order to reinforce the quality, academic quality, and programatic content design of the programs from the BIU Faculty of Natural Health Science. Later, further membership and interaction with other natural health related organizations helped to complete different areas of study in this field.
In 2019, Bircham International University (BIU) went through a re-accreditation inspection conducted by the AADP American Association of Drugless Practitioners Certification and Accreditation Board.
Today, Bircham International University presents a comprehensive list of references for natural health professionals in a multiple variety of organizations.
