APAIE, the Asia-Pacific Association for International Education, is an international organization whose goal is to activate and reinforce the internationalization of higher education in the Asia-Pacific region and around the world, and to engage the professional challenges of international education.

The mission of APAIE is to achieve greater cooperation amongst those responsible for international education and internationalization in Asia- Pacific institutions and to promote the quality of international programs, activities, and exchanges for the harmony and the advancement of the Asia-Pacific region.

Bircham International University became a member of the APAIE - Asia-Pacific Association for International Education in 2014. Since 2018 APAIE does not consider memberships.
